We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.    About the role: As a Program Lead, Contract Management you will support complex projects in the nuclear decommissioning and remediation sector. You will manage high-value contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting successful project delivery across EMEA. You will report to the D&D Director, ELA OMS and be located at Madrid. Hybrid work schedule.   Main Responsibilities: Lead the contract management function for nuclear decommissioning and remediation projects. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts following FIDIC, NEC, or similar international forms. Manage claims, disputes, and arbitration processes, providing advice and strategic input. Develop and consolidate contact management team for EMEA nuclear decommissioning and remediation portfolio. Ensure contractual and commercial compliance throughout project lifecycles including negotiation discussion with the customers. Reporting to the global director, collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and improve outcomes. Support bid and tender processes from a contractual and risk management perspective. Provide guidance and training on contract management best practices. Why Westinghouse?
