The Program Lead (PL) is responsible for the overall development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of assigned portfolio activities. Works alongside fellow Program Leads to ensure the effective delivery of quality and education programs in alignment with Ministry of Health guidelines, Accreditation Canada criterion and partner requirements as required. This includes compliance with the Base Hospital mandate, Advanced Life Support Patient Care Standards, and the execution of Continuing Quality Improvement initiatives.
