Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Lead (PL) to join our client’s Technology & Innovation team. This role is instrumental in increasing the efficiency and impact of the department by managing diverse programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across global, cross-functional teams. As the operational backbone of the department, you will manage the project lifecycle for all product initiatives. You will act as a key partner to leadership, translating high-level strategic goals into actionable deliverables that teams can execute with confidence. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and critical decisions. Coordinate between various internal departments, including Product Lines, Quality (VQM/DQM), and the Global Design PMO across Sweden and China. Align international stakeholders around clear goals, deliverables, and success metrics. Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects unblocked. Delivery Management Manage incoming requests and ensure all delivery dates remain on track. Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones. Secure necessary technical input and ensure cross-functional alignment. Strategic Expansion Drive special projects and innovations by connecting with external organizations, including Marketing, Merchandise, Intelligent Drive, and HMI. Process & Control Partner with working-level stakeholders to refine processes and increase collaboration efficiency. Monitor budget shifts, scope changes, and evolving vehicle timelines. Track progress to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule; document and share program updates and roadmaps. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Design Operations, or a similar role, preferably within digital product development. Track Record: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch. Tools: Expertise in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Excel). Communication: Exceptional written/verbal communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence without direct authority. Adaptability: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change. Preferred Assets: Experience in automotive, software, consumer tech, or innovation environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles. Experience with headcount and capacity planning. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
