Role: Program Lead – Traineeships and Work-BasedLocation: Broadmeadows with some travel to regional locationsRole Type: Full-time, ongoingRemuneration: $136,213.54 per annum plus 12% superannuation About the Role We're seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive excellence in our traineeships and work-based learning programs in the Early Childhood Education and Care, Education Support and Dental sectors. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape vocational education delivery while building strong industry partnerships that directly impact student and employer outcomes. Key Focus Areas: Leading traineeship program delivery and compliance management Building and maintaining strategic industry partnerships Managing work-based learning quality and student outcomes Ensuring regulatory compliance for traineeship and apprenticeship programs Key Responsibilities: Lead traineeship and work-based learning programs including delivery coordination, compliance management, and continuous improvement Build and maintain strategic industry partnerships with employers, Group Training Organizations, and sector stakeholders Manage a diverse teaching team across metropolitan and regional locations, providing guidance on traineeship delivery models and compliance Ensure regulatory compliance with VET Quality Standards, attendance monitoring, and monthly student-teacher contact requirements Oversee program quality through workplace assessment, student progress monitoring, and audit management We’re excited about you because you have: Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Diploma in Vocational Education and Training (desirable) Experience: Demonstrated experience with traineeship delivery models and compliance requirements Strong ability to build and maintain industry partnerships and relationships Leadership experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes Understanding of qualification frameworks, unit completion timelines, and workplace learning assessment Knowledge of VET compliance, attendance monitoring, and student support obligations Current Victorian driver's licence and flexibility to travel between sites Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance We can offer you: Attractive work-life balance and flexible work options Professional development programs Fitness Passport Program with exclusive access for you and your family to 230+ locations Australia wide Counselling support (EAP) and Health & Wellbeing initiatives throughout the year Meaningful work that drives positive social impact The opportunity to build a career in a world leading vocational education and training sector, with diverse and emerging career opportunities across Australia.
