Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Program Management Analyst to support our Program Management team. This role is centered on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tool optimization, ensuring program leaders have accurate, actionable insights to make strategic decisions. You will play a key role in managing financial data, improving planning processes, and maintaining tools that enable program visibility and performance. Financial & Analytical Support Tracking budgets and expenditures Assisting with financial reporting and forecasting at monthly and quarterly check points Creating ad hoc financial reports and dashboards Performing data analysis to support decision-making, leveraging AI and existing tools / reports Establishing new / improving upon existing reporting infrastructure in Power BI Program & Operational Support Track temporary contractor and contingent workforce resources, including onboarding/offboarding and utilization tracking Assist with contract management and contract administration processes Monitor project progress, risks, and issues and support escalation where required Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader program management team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, program support, or business operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights More information about NXP in France... #LI-7795 NXP Semiconductors N.V.
