Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Curtin University is seeking a highly organised and proactive Program Management Coordinator to join our Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate portfolio delivery activities across strategic projects, facilitate agile practices, and champion change management and communication initiatives. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate and support project delivery across key disciplines including resourcing, risk, procurement, budgeting, reporting, and more.
  • Support agile ways of working, coordinate team activities and events, and provide onboarding for new project managers.
  • Drive delivery model health by identifying improvement opportunities and tracking portfolio-level metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with Curtin’s strategic priorities.Aggregate and analyse project data to produce meaningful program and portfolio-level insights.
  • Maintain a toolkit library, support document management, and provide assurance at key delivery checkpoints.
  • Continually improve delivery processes and tools based on feedback, need, and priority.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Australian Working Rights that match the tenure of this role.
  • This position is based at our Curtin Bentley campus, candidates are expected to either be currently located in Perth, WA, or express a willingness to relocate. Please note: Relocation and sponsorship support will not be provided for this position.
  • Willing to undertake a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin’s satisfaction.
