Responsibilities of the Manager of Program Management: Leadership * Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team. GROWTH STRATEGY & RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT * Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy. * Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast‑to‑actual performance. * Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SATISFACTION * Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on‑time delivery, and quality performance. TACTICAL BUSINESS EXECUTION * Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross‑functional teams are aligned. COMMERCIAL/CONTRACT MANAGEMENT * Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Schedule is determined based on business needs and coverage requirements. Hours may vary, and flexibility is expected to ensure adequate support for operations. Typical coverage is Monday through Friday, but occasional adjustments may be required. Work Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. This is a salaried position; occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
