Responsibilities of the Manager of Program Management:  Leadership * Hire, develop, and retain top talent while serving as a key member of the site leadership team. GROWTH STRATEGY & RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT * Lead the development and execution of customer Account Plans and overall Growth Strategy. * Oversee revenue forecasting, ensuring strong forecast‑to‑actual performance. * Manage the RFQ/quotation/proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and pricing integrity. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SATISFACTION * Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring strong communication, on‑time delivery, and quality performance. TACTICAL BUSINESS EXECUTION * Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring requirements are met and cross‑functional teams are aligned. COMMERCIAL/CONTRACT MANAGEMENT * Ensure all program decisions align with customer contract terms and commercial expectations. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Schedule is determined based on business needs and coverage requirements. Work Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. This is a salaried position; occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
