We are hiring for PMO Lead

Location: Aberdeen – 2-3 days/week on site

• Proven experience in project/programme delivery, risk and issue management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership.
• Able to design and tailor governance, controls and delivery methodologies.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate and align delivery with wider strategy.
• Comfortable working autonomously amid change and competing priorities.
• Professional accreditation such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM, Agile PM, ChPP or Civil Service Project Leadership Programme preferred.
