The PMO Analyst provides analytical, operational, and governance support to the Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for maintaining project data integrity, supporting project intake and governance processes, and enabling consistent execution, reporting, and visibility across the project portfolio. The PMO Analyst works across multiple initiatives, supporting Project Managers and PMO leadership by ensuring project artifacts, schedules, dashboards, and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with PMO standards. This role is critical to establishing discipline, transparency, and scalability within the PMO This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and looking to build a long-term career within a growing Project Management Office. Essential Responsibilities & Requirements: PMO Operations & Project Support Maintain project documentation in alignment with PMO standards (charters, schedules, RAID logs, status reports) Support project onboarding, intake, and close-out activities Ensure project artifacts are complete, current, and stored in approved repositories Schedule, Task & Progress Tracking Track task-level progress, milestones, and dependencies across active projects Update project plans and highlight schedule variances, risks, or dependency issues Monitor percent complete and support forecasting and re-baseline efforts Assist Project Managers with maintaining integrated and accurate project schedules Resource & Capacity Support Track project resource assignments and allocations Support capacity planning and utilization analysis Assist with onboarding and offboarding of project resources as needed Tools & Systems Maintain PMO trackers and dashboards using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint Ensure consistency and data accuracy across PMO tools and reporting artifacts Requirements Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a PMO analyst, project coordination, or project support role Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail Experience supporting multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to communicate clearly with project teams and leadership Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field Experience working within a formal PMO Preferred Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or similar project tracking tools Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field Preferred
