Job Description Key Accountabilities Include: As the Secured Future PMO Lead for Secured Future, you will support Secured Future’s Executive Sponsor and be responsible for: Develop program success criteria and performance measures in line with Security best practise, industry advice, organisational risk appetite, with Security Executive approval, Articulate the linkages from technical, process and people security delivery, to security culture and strategy, Ensuring project delivery translates to sustainable operational capabilities that endure beyond the life program, without introducing technical debt, Creating and leading CEOLT / Board presentations/narratives, Group Executive level Steering/Governance frameworks to ensure the success of Secured Future and its Key Results, Articulate and measure the security uplifts and enhancements delivered through Secured Future initiatives, Leveraging your influence to create clarity, unblock and drive delivery across the business to deliver E2E outcomes across the Secured Future program initiatives, Establishing and leading the complex technical program/portfolio of work enabling Secured Future initiatives in accordance with business priorities and goals, ensuring objectives and key results within contractual requirements, Defining, establishing and driving assigned portfolio of work against agreed performance and success metrics, Lead financial management of Secured Future and overall tracking from a financial health perspective including ROIC, benefits realisation, and operating leverage (as required), Drive Quarterly Planning / work prioritisation and trade off decisions, shape and manage project budgets, resourcing requirements, regular reporting tools and vendor partnerships, Proactively identifying interdependencies, risks and issues and implements mitigation strategies to ensure Secured Future success, Proactively identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives to identify measurable security improvements and develop insights to enhance knowledge and capability. You will be able to: Influence and deliver at CEOLT/Board level, preparing senior governance narratives and framework, Navigate complex organisational dynamics and maintain strong leadership presence, and Lead high‑performing cross‑functional teams and drive strategic clarity across the business.
