Description

Amentum has an opportunity for a highly qualified Program Management Support Specialist with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth procurement processing and travel administrative functions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must be a decisive multi-tasker that can proactively track all program level financial data
  • Perform purchasing, receiving, and inventory control tasks in support of client needs.
  • Perform travel coordination
  • Ensures compliance with both internal policies and procedures and the JTR, FAR, and DSSR.
  • Capable of leading a detailed financial review with program management
  • Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and assist in budget monitoring and financial record-keeping tasks.
  • Work(s) with Program Management and Contracts to ensure all timely deliverables to customer
  • Accurately and effectively identify/escalate issues to financial management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, emails, and phone calls with strong communication skills, particularly in written communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in finance and/or procurement.
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
