Principles of Operation: Partner to find and create solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church. Foster an environment of trust and unity. Purpose: * Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals * Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements * Owns project-level scope, schedule, and budget * Ensure projects adhere to Church process and policy equivalent to the sphere of work * Act as project generalist – may be asked to manage a range of project times (e.g. web, mobile, exhibits, etc) * Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. Responsibilities
The Program Manager will own project-level scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and policies. They will act as a project generalist, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple deliverables into a cohesive whole.
