Responsibilities

As a Program Manager (PM), you will play a key role in supporting W-1 leadership with the planning, execution, and oversight of programmatic work. Your responsibilities will include developing and tracking work packages, managing budget allocations, and preparing monthly financial reports for the NNSA. You will lead efforts to create annual FYNSP submissions, support Baseline Change Proposals (BCPs), and initiate and track AFPs and ICOs to ensure alignment with program objectives.
You’ll work closely with technical teams to define program scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all required activities are accurately reflected and tracked in the ALDW Integrated Schedule. As the primary representative for W-1 in Integrated Schedule Meetings, you’ll be expected to stay informed on all projects within the group and provide timely updates.
In this role, you’ll also collaborate with partners across the NSE and may occasionally present program status and financial updates directly to the NNSA. Due to the complexity and interagency nature of the work, some travel may be required to coordinate with Production Agencies (PAs), NNSA, and Air Force customers.
