Job Details Job Location: Davie, FL 33314 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Job Category: Non DOT - Safety Sensitive Position SUMMARY: Manage Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) suppliers, review potential suppliers, and address customer issues. Assist with implementation of business development programs and program-manage all aspects of respective supplier contracts to ensure fulfillment of all requirements. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review sales history for suppliers to establish material provisioning orders. Create monthly reports and custom reports for our OEM Partners. Create program reviews and quarterly business reviews for OEM Partners. Review stock and reorder levels to ensure stock is on hand for customers. Address customer service issues with our suppliers. Assist our suppliers with background data for potential new products. Assist sales and business development teams with background data for new products. Supply customers with quotes and shipment tracking data. Supply sales and business development teams with technical data and training for existing and new products. Be the subject matter expert on assigned products/OEMs. Be a single point of contact for assigned products/OEMs. Travel as required in support of business development and trade shows. Communicate daily with management all aspects of sales and business development. Support periodic business reviews with OEMs to review distribution contract performance. Facilitate and expedite the flow of inventory to and from various suppliers and provide feedback to internal departments regarding the progress of orders. Prepare purchase orders by verifying lead time specifications and price provided by the respective OEM agreements. Follow-up on purchase orders placed, to verify delivery requirements, and maintain all necessary records. Infrequent travel may be required to OEM partner facilities and/or to domestic trade shows. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year College or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Experience with advanced Excel functions like V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, working with tables, formulas/macros, etc. are highly desired Ability to multi-task/prioritize and organize. Project management experience. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree Good speaking, hearing, visual ability, and excellent manual dexterity Sitting for long periods of time Working in front of a computer monitor for long periods of time.
