The teams are transforming Operations through Tech and Analytics. Do You Dream Big? We Need You. Job Title: Program Manager Role Band: VI Reporting to: Sr. Manager – GBS Strategy & PMO 1. PURPOSE OF ROLE As a program leader, the role will drive a cross-functional program with the mission of conceptualizing, designing & building critical KPI frameworks & methodologies across functions that help measure the process performance by, governing, and managing transformation program, as well as supporting GBS leadership with templates & insights to help drive decision, alignments & change. 2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Program / Project Management & delivery: Design & aligning the vision for E2E KPI program across all zones & global functions (Finance, Procurement etc.) Build program roadmap, define scope & oversee timelines for the program, including program backlog, setting up & managing routines, and rigorous follow-up to ensure timely execution. Continuous monitoring of the program, provide transparent and consistent updates on progress to ensure adequate report-out for senior management. Define Short-Term and Long-Term Roadmap for the KPIs Build Business Case and Backlog Prioritization across all functions and KPIs including productivity gains due to process efficiency Push Value delivery by following sprint and all agile routines Design standard principles for KPI Design and ensure it is followed across all functions Ensure Risk management for product delivery Manage budget for product delivery Integrate Business Intelligence with KPIs leveraging technologies like Power-BI, Celonis, etc. Manage all stakeholder updates, communications, presentations, and alignments on regular basis. Act as the contact point for GPO and Command Center Design Performance Management System for Global Operations: mission & purpose, governance & routines, KPI’s in scope in alignment with Operational leadership, Global Process Owners, and Global Functional VP’s Act as a Product owner or co-owner for digital products enabling KPI’s calculation and KPI’s insights in line with defined timelines, budget, and data quality targets, build product vision, roadmap and prioritize product demands in line with the highest value in collaboration with Tech teams. Ensure standard guidelines and KPI’s of Performance Management System are implemented across 3 global operational functions – Finance, People, Procurement Create and maintain dashboards for accurate KPI and SLA tracking and reporting. Ensure timely execution of cross-tower routines, and accurate KPI & SLA tracking. Review KPIs and reports with the business to guarantee continuous improvements. Align on the vision and roadmap for Global KPIs Tracking and push value delivery through efficiency execution of Sprint Activities. The primary focus is on acquiring skills in project/program management, stakeholder management, and process transformation within a dynamic organizational context. Additionally, engage with the senior leadership to help shape the strategy & plan of the program Collaborate with a wide array of departments, including Global process owners, GBS Operational leads, global & zonal functions, tech & analytics capability leads, People Team, etc. Establish, manage & prepare for program steering committees and routines, inc. defining the agenda, crafting the storyline & key messages, and mobilizing the group to prepare for such reviews/routines. Building presentations & documents to effectively convey the vision & updates of the program for senior management. This involves aesthetic visualization of the program & decisions, backed by data & rationale which is easy to understand and tailored for the audience. Align relevant decisions of the program with varied stakeholders and engage them throughout the journey of the program to channel the required support & guidance. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, establishing credibility as a business partner. 3.Qualifications, Experience, Skills Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant Functional background Work Experience: Previous work experience required: 2-5 years working experience in Program Management roles, or leading transformation projects, or continuous improvement programs etc. Must have: Well versed in Program Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.) Must have: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, and strong in Excel & Word. Must have: Strong communication skills (clear, organized, crisp) Must have: Strong English language written and verbal skills. Must have: Stakeholder Management skills: Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and senior leadership in a global environment, establish credibility and add value to every interaction and service. Good-to-have: Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire action and deliver high-quality results.
