POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the full student lifecycle — from admissions and enrolment to program completion — while ensuring program compliance and effective coordination with instructors, students, and regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Program Officer, Program Coordinator, or similar role at a private training institution.
  • Strong knowledge of PTIRU and PTIB compliance guidelines.
  • Proven experience in both academic program management and registrar operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with SIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end student enrolment and registration, including course scheduling, student records, and academic calendar.
  • Review admission requirements, verify credentials, language proficiency, and application documents.
  • Issue Offer Letters, Letters of Acceptance (LOA), student contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintain Student Information Systems (SIS) with accurate academic and compliance records.
  • Oversee compliance with PTIRU, PTIB, and IRCC regulations.
  • Coordinate with academic departments for course offerings, prerequisites, and student eligibility.
  • Provide visa documentation support for international students.
  • Monitor student academic progression, degree audits, and graduation eligibility.
  • Issue transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other academic documents.
  • Handle deferred admissions, conditional offers, and special enrollment cases.
  • Provide academic advising on course selection, program requirements, and transfer credits.
  • Supervise and train registrar/program administration staff.
