For the division Program Management at Adient Aerospace in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • Min. 5+ years of working experience in Program Management
  • Extensive experience in project management as well as product and process launch
  • Proficient communicative competency, good analytical skills, excellent project leading skills and team ethos
  • Very good communication skills with internal and external personnel at all levels
  • Excellent risk management skills required
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Projects and all MS Office applications
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to take the lead on specific projects, document and co-ordinate actions, make decisions in a timely manner
  • Willingness to travel on business required
Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans including goals, milestones, and overview all program responsibilities
  • Responsible for the execution and completion of the assigned project
  • Main point of contact during the management of individual project phases
  • Develop mechanisms to establish, monitor, integrate, and communicate project elements and product configurations
  • Perform project management activities in accordance with Adient Aerospace and aerospace industry standards
  • As a project lead, this role will coordinate operational project issues
  • Perform as an interface function in a project team and between departments
  • Quantitative / qualitative analysis, abatement and tracking of risk reduction
  • Manage and control program or product changes
  • Track actual costs and perform overall cost management
  • Conduct cost estimation for each project phase and once the project is completed, review overall costs
  • Monitor progress of manufacturing, engineering, and test processes according to plan
  • Support other functions and fill necessary gaps in order to achieve program milestones and target
