Job Requirements Job Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Advisor to lead the execution and management of service delivery operations across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas. This role is critical in ensuring business growth, customer relationship, and high-quality service delivery in areas such as Design & Drawing Office, Project services, and Plant modification engineering support. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Engineering Support for oil & gas assets including refineries, terminals, and offshore/onshore. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual business objectives and drive sustainable growth Responsible for hiring, training, deployment, and delivery excellence Manage large teams with respect to revenue, margins and applied ratio. Manage customer relationship and generate new business opportunity. Collaborate with customer operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align service delivery with contractual SLAs and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement in service quality, performance, and cost efficiency. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions. Implement digital tools and analytics for customer value proposition and better business insights. Work Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering. 17+ years of experience in industrial services or engineering delivery within the oil & gas sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Deep understanding of oil & gas operations, maintenance practices, and safety protocols (e.g., HAZOP, HSE-MS). Proven experience managing large-scale service delivery projects in upstream, midstream, or downstream environments. Proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams (100+ personnel) across diverse scopes and geographies. Strong grasp of delivery excellence metrics, with a track record of setting, monitoring, and achieving performance benchmarks. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and OSHA. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience with Plant engineering covering drawing office, Project services. Exposure to international oil & gas markets and global delivery models.
