WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track program performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report progress to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Establish an effective program governance structure and provide direction and oversight of multiple programs and projects.
• Ensure consistent usage of standard program and project management practices enterprise-wide.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
