Job Description The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs within an integrated delivery partner model (or similar), working collaboratively with the client as part of a unified team. This role ensures alignment of program objectives with client priorities, driving performance, governance, and innovation to achieve exceptional outcomes on complex, high-profile projects. Leadership Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all program components, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes within the integrated team environment. Client Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s leadership team, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives, ensuring proactive engagement and issue resolution. Technical/Professional Expertise Plan and manage full project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and close-out. Oversee planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams and disciplines. Drive program performance against schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Financial/Project Management Own project financial performance—forecasting, billing, variations, and margin delivery. Appropriate tertiary qualification in project/program management, engineering, or related field. 15+ years’ relevant experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects. Extensive experience in program management for major infrastructure projects, ideally within integrated delivery partner (or similar) models. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-profile environments. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contractual frameworks for collaborative delivery. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience managing government and public sector clients.
