Your sphere of influence

• Overall responsibility for AI transformation & innovation (strategy, roadmap, budget, KPIs, risks)
• Development and implementation of the AI ​​strategy at corporate level
• Promote AI innovation by identifying, prioritizing, and scaling AI use cases along the value chain.
• Establishment of AI governance, compliance and operating models
• Promoting a data-driven, innovative corporate culture including change management
• Building a group-wide network and close collaboration with management and stakeholders
• Leading international, interdisciplinary teams and communities

Your strengths

• Completed university degree in economics, computer science, engineering or a comparable field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in transformation, digitalization, AI, innovation or consulting.
• Several years of management experience in large corporate programs
• Demonstrable success in scaling digital solutions with business impact
• Solid understanding of technology (AI, data, automation, platforms) as well as strong skills in program, change and stakeholder management (up to C-level)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
