A Program Manager (PM) contributes to AHF by providing strategic leadership and oversight of the Wellness center. They actively co[1]lead cross-functional teams alongside the Medical Director and Site Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives. This dedication guarantees a seamless delivery of testing services in alignment with AHF's objectives of retention and census growth. The PM's leadership extends across patient growth and retention, client experience, and operational performance. In addition to these responsibilities, the Program Manager plays a crucial role in policy development, process improvement, and cultivating relationships with service providers enhancing the overall testing experience for AHF's clients. A PM enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a dedicated patient advocate committed to removing stigma of STI/HIV Testing. Collaborating closely with the Medical Director and Site Manager, the Program Manager ensures the Wellness center operates seamlessly by championing a patient-centric approach and actively fostering a supportive environment for the team and the patients. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a PM it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
