QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet).

• Plan, manage, and monitor cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects and ensure interdependencies are identified and managed.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets for programs.
• Track program performance and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including program plans, schedules, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and mentor project managers and project teams within the program.
