Role Description The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives supporting the delivery of our clients Genius Point of Sale (POS) platform. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Boarding & Billing, Go-to-Market (GTM), Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.The Program Manager manages program plans, tracks dependencies, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and drives execution activities across multiple teams. The role serves as a key coordinator throughout the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring efforts remain aligned, risks are identified early, and deliverables are completed according to plan.The Program Manager does not directly manage software development activities performed by Technical Program Managers (TPMs) or GTM execution activities performed by Project Managers, but supports the coordination and integration of these workstreams within a defined program.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & CoordinationSupport the development and execution of integrated program plans.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Assist in defining program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress and help ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.

• Delivery ManagementMaintain program schedules and status reporting.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers and facilitate resolution.
• Escalate delivery concerns appropriately when required.
• Support launch readiness activities and milestone reviews.
• Ensure key program artifacts remain current and accessible.

• Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate activities across teams including:Product Management
• Engineering and TPM organizations
• Boarding & Billing
• Go-to-Market teams
• Operations
• Customer Support
• Compliance and Regulatory teams
• External vendors and partners

• Stakeholder CommunicationFacilitate regular program meetings and working sessions.
• Provide timely program updates to stakeholders.
• Document decisions, actions, and follow-up items.
• Ensure transparency into program health, risks, and dependencies.
• Support communication plans throughout program execution.

• Governance & ReportingPrepare status reports and delivery dashboards.
• Track key program metrics and milestones.
