OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The Program Manager - PMO plays a critical role in driving the digital transformation of financial services across the Al Futtaim Group. This person will manage the transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
The role involves overseeing a team of external consultants from McKinsey and ensuring the successful execution of the transformation projects. The primary focus is on enhancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and value creation through innovative digital solutions.
