Description

Aline is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized Program Manager to join our Research & Development (R&D) organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this individual will serve as a central coordination point for the Product Engineering, Platform/AI/BI Engineering, and Product teams. The Program Manager will play a critical role in aligning efforts across these functions, driving cross-team collaboration, and supporting the successful execution of initiatives in a rapidly scaling SaaS environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of project management or program management experience, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working within R&D or technical organizations (Product, Engineering, Data/BI, or Platform teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or related certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a connective hub across engineering and product functions, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution of priorities.
  • Drive strategic planning cycles, road mapping sessions, and project tracking across the R&D org.
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes for planning, communication, and reporting across teams.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks that impact velocity or collaboration across product and engineering.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in partnership with technical and product leaders.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability of key initiatives through reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support the CTO and other leaders with preparation of materials for executive reporting, board updates, or strategic planning sessions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational rigor, and cross-functional cohesion.
