Description Alliance for Community Transformations is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to oversee Adult Drug Court services at Mariposa Heritage House. This leadership role supports the implementation of recovery-oriented services for individuals involved in the Drug Court program. The Program Manager supervises direct service staff, coordinates program operations, and ensures services align with evidence-based practices and SAMHSA grant requirements. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Coordination Coordinate daily operations of Adult Drug Court programming in collaboration with the Project Director Integrate case management and care coordination into the Drug Court service model Ensure consistent services for participants across community settings, detention centers, residential treatment programs, and North County locations Support alignment with National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP) Drug Court Standards Staff Supervision & Development Provide direct supervision and guidance to the Case Manager and Recovery Coach Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentorship of Recovery Coaches and program staff Foster a supportive, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented work environment Encourage staff participation in professional development and equity-centered practices Recovery Programming & Peer Support Support implementation of the Recovery Coach Academy and peer recovery programming Oversee sober social activities and recovery-oriented events that build community and recovery capital Ensure peer roles align with program goals and grant requirements Data, Reporting & Grant Compliance Oversee data collection and reporting requirements, including GPRA reporting Prepare and submit required SAMHSA reports and program documentation Monitor program outcomes, grant deliverables, and compliance standards Ensure adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and program policies Collaboration & Community Engagement Participate in multidisciplinary Drug Court team meetings Maintain strong partnerships with courts, treatment providers, and community organizations Support referrals, advocacy, and coordination of participant services Why Work With Us Alliance for Community Transformations believes strong communities grow through connection, empowerment, and access to support.
