Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape how we operate ensuring our model is robust, repeatable, and future-ready. This is a unique opportunity for an internal team member ready to step up into a strategic, enterprise-wide role, gain global exposure, and influence how we deliver at scale.   What You’ll Be Doing   The Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of key cross functional initiatives to build our Anko Retail operating model. You’ll take ownership of complex, business-critical programs, bringing together teams across merchandising, supply chain, digital, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver meaningful outcomes. ·        Lead the design and delivery of Anko’s Retail Operating Playbook, ensuring it can scale across markets ·        Drive cross-functional programs across areas such as merchandise planning, inventory visibility, demand forecasting (AI), and pricing optimisation ·        Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans, ensuring delivery momentum ·        Align and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong collaboration across diverse teams and geographies ·        Establish governance, reporting, and delivery rhythms that provide clarity, accountability, and confidence at executive level ·        Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early—navigating complexity to keep programs on track ·        Partner with technology teams to ensure digital and data solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and commercially impactful ·        Support the development of a future-ready operating model, identifying capability gaps and building solutions for long-term success   What We’re Looking For   This role is ideal for a strong performer who is ready to take on a broader, more strategic challenge.
