Description

Responsibilities and duties Manage the Product Development Process(PDP). This includes coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team. Manage the organization through headcount, budget and other department driven activities. Implement a date driven management culture based on PDP. Overall management all projects finical & schedule, meet related stokehold expectation and target. Champion of the APTIV flawless launches initiative. Champion a common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction. Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process. Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team. Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team. Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place. Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews. Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews. Personnel and budget control Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Aptiv Business Process. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor graduate at least Able to track the fabrication status and stick on the deadline Strong personality and able to lead a diverse team Ownership and act with urgency, have passion for results Program management with 5-10 years’ experience in automotive industry English skills to handle cross-country communications.
