As a Program Manager, you’ll be the bridge between vision and execution - leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning teams, and ensuring projects are delivered with impact. What you’ll do: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple teams. Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and timelines. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, tracking milestones and key deliverables. Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to keep initiatives moving forward. Foster clear communication and collaboration across all stakeholders. Continuously improve processes to support scaling and agility. Be part of the Program Management team, reporting to the Head of Program Management, in the Product and Technology growing department. Requirements 4 years of project management experience in a fast-growing tech company. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence without authority. Technical Understanding - ability to grasp APIs, system integrations and dependencies, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven success managing multiple complex programs simultaneously Experience with agile methodologies
