Job Title: Program Manager Location: Patterson, NY Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Program Manager to join our team in the aerospace and defense industry. This role involves supporting the development and execution of various programs, working closely with engineering and sales departments, and ensuring that all program components are aligned with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities Assist in the development and review of the Statement of Work for potential programs. Support engineering and sales departments in costing and resource allocation for potential programs. Confirm and manage the Bill of Materials and schedules for assigned programs. Monitor vendor activity to support assigned programs. Act as a liaison with engineering to ensure accurate Bill of Materials and resources for assigned programs. Monitor and enforce schedules for assigned programs. Prepare and deliver presentations for customer meetings associated with assigned programs. Essential Skills Proficiency in program management and project management. Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel. Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office Applications. Experience in Microsoft Project. Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred. Work Environment The work environment is a manufacturing setting within a small to mid-size company, with an engineering team of 8 employees. The dress code is business casual, and the working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Patterson, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.07/hr.
