General Summary The Program Manager is accountable for the planning, management, and evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs or initiatives from inception to completion. This position assumes ownership of program outcomes, oversees stakeholders and resources, and ensures the timely and effective delivery of programs that are within scope and aligned with organizational objectives and CSR strategy. The Program Manager functions autonomously and acts as a primary point of accountability for program achievements. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing impactful community engagement initiatives to enhance the Bank's influence in accordance with its CSR objectives, with focus areas such as financial literacy, affordable housing, and small business support. CATEGORY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS Manage the Relationship: • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and program participants   • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with community and external partners to support program goals   • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment, accountability, and seamless execution   • Communicate program objectives, progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders   • Represent the program professionally in meetings, events, and community engagements   Manage the Experience: • Lead assigned programs from concept through implementation and evaluation, ensuring a positive participant and stakeholder experience   • Oversee execution of events, workshops, trainings, and initiatives to ensure quality, consistency, and engagement   • Monitor participant feedback and program performance metrics to inform improvements   • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and overall program effectiveness   • Foster a collaborative, mission‑driven program environment aligned with organizational values   Manage the Business/Transactions: • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, workplans, and milestone tracking   • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, materials, and resources required for program delivery   • Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure appropriate use of allocated resources   • Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and tracking tools   • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership, funders, or other stakeholders   Manage the Risk: • Identify, assess, and proactively address program risks, issues, and dependencies   • Ensure programs are delivered in compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures   • Monitor adherence to timelines, budgets, and program requirements to prevent delays or cost overruns   • Ensure programs align with organizational strategy, regulatory expectations, and compliance requirements   • Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal or external reviews as needed   What You Bring: • Strong project and program management skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing budgets and tracking financial data • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions • Problem‑solving mindset with sound judgment and discretion • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or productivity platforms Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field preferred   Work Experience: Experience Details Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role Demonstrated experience managing programs or initiatives with measurable outcomes Prior supervisory, mentorship, or team‑lead experience preferred Experience working with community partners, volunteers, or public‑facing programs preferred.
