Job Details Job Location: Landstuhl Medical Regional Center (LRMC) - Landstuhl, Rhineland-Palatinate 66849 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Day Bestica is seeking a Program Manager to provide service in support of The Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Virtual Medical Center in Europe (VMC-E). Located at Landstuhl Medical Regional Center (LRMC) facility/building in Landstuhl Germany. Objective: The scope of this contract is to implement virtual scheduling systems as directed by DHA and provides comprehensive training to each end user. Provide site assessments on virtual requirements to include, connectivity and equipment, etc. The VMC-E end state will be to sustain current capabilities and increase global footprint to facilitate and leverage Defense Health Region-Europe’s (DHR-E) Medical Center and Treatment Facility Specialty Services throughout the DHR-E, other DHA Markets, and the Combatant Commands within VMC-E’s Area of Responsibility Benefits and Details: Medical Vision Life Dental 10 Days PTO 11 Paid Holidays Great Salary 401k match Amazing Work Environment Relocation provided Child Aged Schooling cost provided Full-time: Hospitals and Medical Centers provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (366 days during leap years) including holidays. Clinics have designated operating hours established by the local MTF and clinic policies and may vary by location (typically 0700 - 1600) however hours may be modified during surge activities. Required services may be scheduled between the hours of 0600-1900 Central Europe time, Monday through Friday. Workdays will generally consist of eight (8) hour days. Services are generally required five (5) days each week (Monday through Friday), excluding U.S. Federal holidays. Minimum Requirements: Education: Four (4) year bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree Preferred, or eight (8) years of demonstrable experience directly related to the technical fields described. Certificate: Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification or Managing Successful Programs (MSP) preferred. Experience: Six (6) years’ work experience in program management; Preference with experience of U.S. Military Healthcare System and benefits or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment. Strong familiarity with program management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
