Job Posting: Program Manager Location: Grapevine, TX (In‑Person) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST Reports To: Director of Program Management About Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) Bible Study Fellowship is a global, in‑depth Bible study ministry dedicated to producing Christ‑centered, high‑quality Bible study content. Our Program Management team supports the planning, structure, and execution required to deliver BSF’s study materials each year with excellence to leaders and members worldwide. Position Overview We are seeking a Program Manager  responsible for working with the Content Director to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve programs and processes that support BSF’s content development and production. This role blends technical project‑management skills with strong communication, persuasion, and team‑building abilities. Key Responsibilities * Partner with the Content Development team, Content Director, and cross‑divisional stakeholders to create and manage detailed content development plans in Smartsheet. * Design, implement, and optimize content‑related workflows to increase consistency, efficiency, and quality. * Track program and project milestones, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues. * Motivate, influence, and engage teams to maintain strong collaboration and achieve shared objectives. * Evaluate program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation of enhancements. The ideal candidate is: * Collaborative, motivated by influencing others, bringing energy to interpersonal connection, and driving results through people rather than solo execution  * Poised and empathetic in communication and persuasive leadership, skilled at engaging teams and gaining buy‑in across cross functional teams, * Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous initiatives and operating with urgency  * Team‑building mindset, driven to achieve results with others rather than independently and effectively resolve conflict. * Strategic, analytical, and forward‑thinking Skills & Qualifications Required * Bachelor’s degree * 5–8 years of project management experience * At least 5 years of leadership experience with cross‑functional teams * Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office * Experience facilitating virtual meetings Preferred * Bible Study Fellowship group leadership experience * Certifications in Project Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Management * Experience implementing change‑management initiatives or process improvement * Experience in transformation‑focused leadership roles Spiritual Requirements * A personal relationship with Jesus Christ * Alignment with BSF’s Statement of Faith, Human Sexuality Policy, Core Values, and Cultural Commitments * Adherence to biblical conflict‑resolution principles (Matthew 18) Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, and generous vacation
