Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours) - 10 hours includes frontline support
Wage: $32.00 - $35.57

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily coordination of services by providing supervision, leadership, and direction to the assigned program and number of employees. This position is responsible for ensuring that the supported individuals’ physical, emotional, social, recreational, economic, educational, and/or medical needs are met. Tasks to supervise may include but are not limited to; life skills development, meal preparation, housekeeping, personal care, budget management, behavioral support management and following/implementing personal care plans. As a manager, you are expected to actively support and implement the vision, mission, values, and program goals of the agency.
