About the Role: This role will act as the strategic engine of the Expansion Department, driving alignment of all initiatives with Bosta’s IPO roadmap. \n Job Responsibilities Strategic Governance: Develop and maintain the Master Expansion Program Schedule; perform resource leveling across the three expansion "Pods" to prevent bottlenecks. Financial Control: Monitor total CAPEX utilization; approve budget variances for individual sites; lead cost-optimization initiatives to lower the "Cost-per-Parcel." Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Expansion, Ops, and cross functions. Standardization: Own the "Bosta Expansion Playbook," ensuring every new site adheres to standardized SOPs for layout, branding, and tech integration Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within high-growth or fast-scaling businesses. PMP or PgMP certification is preferred. Proven experience managing high-value programs (multi-million EGP budgets). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. \n
