HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

We are searching for a highly organized, strategic, and ambitious Program Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in our Hollywood or NYC office. This role will focus on the post-sale project management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key advertisers; spanning everything from in-person live events, branded integrations within popular podcasts, on-platform custom content, music experiences, and more. This role will continuously be exposed to new & exciting opportunities across our various platforms, with podcast branded content as a key area of focus for this position including Call Her Daddy, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend, It’s Me Tinx, Nikki & Brie, Fantasy Footballers and more!
The right individual will lead every aspect of program execution for some of our most complex and high-profile advertiser programs from kick-off, to creative development, to launch. You will be responsible for keeping all internal and external stakeholders on-track and on-time with their tasks and deliverables; including Sales, Production, Talent Relations, Legal and external Client & Agency partners. You will also support the sales team by providing white-glove client service throughout the duration of the campaign. Collaboration is the foundation of our workforce, and we’re looking for smart individuals who are self-motivated problem solvers. As the lead conductor of these programs, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of innovative programming and experiences that not only meet brand objectives, but are equally loved by consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day account management as the primary POC for client programs (experiential, podcasts, and digital) both internally and externally with clients
  • Effectively manage cross-functional teams, balancing differing priorities/opinions and using critical thinking to navigate and move a project forward
  • Keep track of program development and communicate to all stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the program lifecycle during the execution & launch phase
  • Oversee and manage program activation plans, timelines and implementation from start to finish
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure best-in-class work and output for our clients
  • Manage partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all program components and logistics
  • Help troubleshoot conflicts in terms of priorities and tasks, resources and/or requirements
  • Commit to producing the highest standard of work for client and internal projects
  • Travel when required - we produce projects and events across the country and as a result, up to 20-25% travel should be expected
