We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that span technology, process, and organisational change. This role will play a critical part in establishing our Technology Project Office while also leading our most senior project managers.

As a Program Manager, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major programs of work – from planning and governance through to successful implementation and benefits realisation.

You’ll:

• Lead multiple large-scale projects (> $10m) with enterprise-wide impact.
• Oversee program budgets, schedules, risks, and interdependencies.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with executives, senior stakeholders, and governance bodies.
• Guide and mentor Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Establish effective governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
• Lead the establishment of a Technology PMO, setting up frameworks, governance and best practices to drive excellence across digital and technology programs
• Prepare the organisation for change, ensuring new solutions are embedded and sustainable.
• Champion the safe and effective use of AI-assisted tools to drive efficiency and innovation in program delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Senior Project Managers, ensuring alignment to business priorities and delivery excellence.
