Job Overview
The Business Continuity Program Manager plays a critical role in leading field-based community support efforts during emergency response deployments. This position is responsible for the on-the-ground execution of support operations, overseeing 1–3 active deployment sites simultaneously. The role involves coordinating volunteers, managing on-site vendors, maintaining vehicle assets, and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of supplies and services. Acting as an ambassador of T-Mobile, the Program Manager must embody and communicate T-Mobile’s values while serving impacted communities with empathy and professionalism.
When not actively deployed, the position is responsible for supporting Community Support asset and supply readiness to ensure quick deployment can be achieved with accuracy and organization. This will be accomplished through a combination of on-site audits and working with vendors to ensure compliance with contracted expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage site-level logistics, including volunteer coordination, vendor oversight, and resource allocation across multiple deployment locations.

  • Work with vendors to maintain vehicle assets—mechanical health, appearance, and licensing compliance.
  • Participate in the Emergency Response Management on-call rotation; follow established procedures to monitor potential business disruptions and report accordingly.
  • Support volunteer training by helping design curriculum, leading field-based orientations, and promoting a positive deployment experience.
  • Contribute to After Action Reviews (AARs) post-deployment to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and report project metrics through dashboards, program updates, and leadership briefings.
  • Perform additional duties or lead special projects as needed.
