Caterpillar's Asia Pacific Distribution Division (APD) team is seeking a Program Manager. Your primary role is to drive strategic initiatives that elevate dealer capabilities and deliver measurable business growth. This position is required to manage projects, foster collaboration across internal business units and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment and successful outcomes. What You Will Do: Lead strategic projects that elevate dealer capabilities and performance to deliver growth and business results Drive collaboration on key strategic projects with business partners and global process owners to ensure alignment across all levels of the organization. Identify and mitigate program risks and issues. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leadership. What You Have: Project Management Skills. 6 Sigma or CPS experience is strongly desired, leading and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to create insightful presentations and materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with regional and global teams. Strong influencing skills in managing stakeholders to drive change and system implementation. Additional Info: Relevant bachelor's degree; a master's degree in Strategy / Business administration or related field is preferred. 8+ years of operational/marketing/sales experience gained from a broad range of assignments requiring Dealer and/or customer contact and interactions is preferred. This position will require up to 30% travel. Flexibility for night calls as required. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
