Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee high-profile programs sponsored by the CEO, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Support the strategic alignment of organizational KPI’s to ensure goals are aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Objectively evaluate OpenText’s KPI’s and provide clear and tangible ways to assess progress and identify areas for improvement while providing predictive insights to anticipate future trends.
- Provide support drafting and preparing materials for board meetings, which can encompass creating pitch decks, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Collaborate with senior management and functional leaders to address cross-functional interdependencies, ensuring proper resource allocation for successful project execution.
- Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practice. Identify opportunities for business value creation and transformation, providing strategic guidance aligned with the organization’s priorities, particularly CEO-led initiatives.
