Job Overview: We seek a Program Manager with a strong product development background to lead GenAI initiatives and evolve our AI product ecosystem. You will shape the future of our AI products, working with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions. You'll oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring our AI products meet user needs and drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Product-Led Program Management: Translate needs into clear product specifications for GenAI projects. Collaborate on product roadmaps and prioritize features. Drive development, testing, and deployment of GenAI applications, aligning with product vision. Define and monitor product metrics (engagement, adoption, and satisfaction). AI Operations System as a Product: Treat the AI Operations system as an internal product, focusing on user experience. Gather user feedback and prioritize feature requests. Ensure the system is scalable and reliable. AI-Powered Assistant Product Ownership: Own the AI assistant product, driving its evolution. Conduct user research to identify new features. Collaborate to develop and refine the AI assistant's capabilities. Drive user adoption through training and documentation. AI Operation Leadership (Product Perspective): Lead teams, fostering a product-centric mindset. Champion data-driven decisions for product development. Improve AI operation processes for scalability and user satisfaction. Reporting and Analytics (Product Focus): Create dashboards to track product metrics. Share insights to inform product decisions. Use data analytics to evaluate feature usage and impact. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Project Management (both internal and external projects). Experience in data or AI related projects is a plus. Product Development Expertise: Product lifecycle knowledge, Agile experience, ability to translate needs into specifications. Technical Expertise: Understanding AI systems and data analytics. Program Management: Experience managing complex projects. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership and communication skills.
