[http://deceraclinical.com] The Program Manager assists in the day-to-day management of Decera insights and engagement education programs and medical communications programs. The position will support the development of virtual, live, and hybrid programs with a variety of tasks from program kick-off to post-program completion. Job Responsibilities: Program Management: * Manages and executes multiple programs within assigned product offering to ensure all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. Working cross functional teams: account management, science, and other assigned stakeholders * Serves as the product expert to deliver high quality experience and execution * Can work in any product vertical, as needed * Understand program-level objectives and ensure program execution meets the objectives and expectations. * Applies critical thinking to develop and manage project timelines, based on the scope and delivery date. Align with account management on overall timelines to meet the client expectations * Collaborates effectively with internal shared services, external vendors, and partners to provide exceptional services and deliverables to our clients * Acquires and maintains knowledge of assigned clients' MLR process, standards, and timelines, stays attuned, and communicates changes to the process. Manages the MLR submission and approval process for assigned projects (if ) * Faculty recruitment and relationship development (when required) * For assigned Activeer projects: HCP attendee qualification (live/virtual) * Establishes credibility and trusting, respectful working relationships Communication: * Establishes and facilitates good communication and information sharing between the various team members * Provides team with regular project updates and leads discussions for efficiencies to support quality and on-time delivery * Provides program information to project stakeholders and to the clients as needed Critical Thinking / Problem Solving: * Displays critical thinking to solve challenges and problems, and consistently develops scenarios, and promotes solution-based alternatives and aligns with the strategy w/ management * Identifies best practices and efficiencies within the identified product offering(s) Financial responsibility: * Manages program against budget, and track revenue recognition goals. * Other tasks as assigned Skills & Abilities * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) * High energy level; ability to work with a sense of urgency * Ability to work independently and show initiative * Organizational skills and the ability to handle diverse takes with time demands * Strong Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Education/Qualifications: * Undergraduate degree and/or 2-3 years’ experience within project and/or account management * Knowledge of and skills in managing program life cycles * Skill and ability in budget development * Basic understanding of project financials Travel/Hours Requirements: * Up to 25% of the time * Domestic and international travel Decera Clinical and its subsidiaries provide Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other non-merit factor.
