Based preferably in Singapore (with flexibility for Hong Kong), this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects across the region. The Program Manager will work closely with internal Project Managers and client stakeholders to facilitate clear communication, align expectations, and drive successful project outcomes. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal project teams. Collaborate with Project Managers to convey key project information, updates, and risks to clients. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio. Ensure consistent communication and reporting to enterprise clients. Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Support procurement strategies and contract management as needed. Facilitate project reviews, documentation, and handover processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5–8 years of experience in real estate project management. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project portfolios. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal). Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with enterprise clients and international-standard projects is a plus.
