Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the community healthcare sector. The primary focus of this role will be to bring in new clients within the community, expanding the organization’s reach and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing initiatives to acquire new clients, enhance service delivery, and ensure positive client outcomes within community-based healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and bring in new clients in the community, expanding the organization’s presence and service offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients into the organization’s services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to align client acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, tracking progress and forecasting future growth.
- Monitor the success of client acquisition efforts, measure outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and other networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the organization’s services.
- Ensure that new clients receive exceptional service and support to achieve successful outcomes and build long-lasting relationships.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in the client acquisition process.
