Description:
As the Growth Enablement Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall program management of an exciting new initiatives within the commercial team following an agile methodology.
You will ensure that the program delivers the expected outcomes and benefits, in alignment with the strategic vision and objectives of the steering committee. Additionally, you will lead the communication and reporting of the program status, achievements, and challenges to the steerco and the supporting countries, as well as facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the program stakeholders and teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the program following an agile methodology and act as the “Scrum master” for the program teams.
- Manage the program roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with the steerco vision and objectives, and that it delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.
- Plan, prioritise, and track the program activities, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and with quality.
- Lead the communication and reporting of the program status, achievements, and challenges to the steerco and the supporting countries, using various channels and formats.
- Monitor and report on the project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate any issues or risks that may affect the program performance or success.
- Perform some business analyst tasks, such as gathering and documenting requirements, conducting user research, and validating solutions.
- Facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the program stakeholders and teams, as well as foster a positive and productive work environment.

Our ideal Growth Enablement Program Manager will:
- An understanding of the Client Sales and Retention process in a Contract Catering environment, or interest in learning
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program management or as a product owner, preferably in an agile environment.
- Has a strong combination of business process experience and technological knowledge including cross-functional implications
- Experienced in working in cross functional teams, across both commercial and technical D&T teams including offshore resources
