Job Description Turner & Townsend is seeking a Program Manager to join our San Francisco Bay area Project Management team, and support the delivery of capital projects across a range of sectors, including commercial real estate, corporate interiors, healthcare, and data centers. This role involves hands-on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process support, working closely with senior team members and client representatives. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of capital projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, and data center sectors, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements. Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delays. Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and milestones. Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, assess quality and safety compliance, and support issue resolution. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials. Contribute to the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations, summarizing project status, risks, and key decisions. Support project governance processes, including stage gate reviews, stakeholder updates, and compliance with internal procedures. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices across the team. Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus and may substitute for some experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting capital projects, ideally across sectors such as commercial real estate, healthcare, or data centers. Strong understanding of project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and performance tracking, with hands-on experience using project management tools. At least 5 years of experience working with design and construction teams, either in the field or in a project coordination role, with exposure to all phases of project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to support data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms (e.g., AIA, FIDIC, or similar), with the ability to support contract administration. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Professional certifications such as CAPM, OSHA 30, or LEED Green Associate are beneficial and demonstrate a commitment to professional development. Additional Information The salary range for this full-time role is $120K-$150K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
