About MBC May Business Consulting is an international consulting firm offering advisory services in digital transformation, change management, efficiency, and control. About the Role We are looking for a Program Manager with strong experience leading technology transformation programmes in the banking sector, especially around core banking and payments architecture. You will lead the delivery of a 12-month core banking migration to replace the current platform (Finova) before its expiry in June 2027. A detailed implementation plan is due by 16th February. Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of the end-to-end core banking migration programme. Coordinate cross-functional teams in a regulated financial environment. Manage programme budget, risks, milestones, and timelines. Act as the key point of contact for C-level stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Ensure delivery avoids past integration mistakes and meets quality expectations. Requirements: 14+ years of experience in transformation delivery and programme management. Deep knowledge of payments systems (SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS, etc.). Solid understanding of core banking architecture and cloud environments. Experience in wholesale and retail banking transformation projects. Professional certifications: Prince2, Agile, ITIL.
