We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Program Manager with a passion for population health strategy development and data analytics. Primary Responsibilities: Population Health Assessment: Analyze benefits data, utilization statistics, and employee satisfaction metrics to identify health needs and opportunities for improvement Strategy Development: Collaborate with client stakeholders to design a holistic, data-driven population health strategy that enhances employee well-being and resilience Program Management: Lead and execute population health initiatives at national and global levels, ensuring alignment with client objectives Vendor Integration: Oversee multiple health vendors, streamline referral pathways, and create integration opportunities under a unified strategy Communication & Engagement: Manage digital platforms and communication channels to promote health offerings, incentives, and resources effectively Impact Analysis & Reporting: Conduct ROI and impact assessments, benchmark programs, and leverage claims and utilization data to monitor trends, forecast challenges, and identify engagement opportunities Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
